With this year’s graduates we are now 54 students from 2005-2014 that have graduated from the 12th grade. In the top photo is our group of 9 graduates from 21st of October High School with one being the valedictorian who is seen with his honor colors second one from the left from Glenda. Each one has a story and we would like to share a few of them. In the 2nd photo is Carlos Moran. We have helped the Moran family for many years now and they wanted us to express their appreciation to all of you that sponsor this ministry because they could have never sent their 3 boys to school without the sponsorships.  We graduated Carlos’ older brother Elvis Moran 3 yrs. ago and he is currently working full time and studying at the University at night. We have one more to go and he will graduate next year. In the 3rd photo is Cesar. Cesar has been in our program for 8 yrs. His mother sells tortillas and on her earnings could never been able to send Cesar to school. Cesar’s father is not active in his life since he was born. Cesar was in our Saturday Youth group while he was little and entered our older boys youth group up until his final year of schooling so he could focus on his studies. He is now focused on becoming a Professional. In the 4th photo Glenda and I found Kensy living with her sister in a shack. Kensy at that time was in the 4th grade when we signed papers and enrolled her into our program. She like many teenagers was dabbling with drugs, alcohol and was featured in our video many years ago in reaching out to Jesus and finding salvation and focus. Look at her now! She is a graduate and reached one of many goals. It is incredible to see the fortitude in these young person’s especially Kensy who didn’t have mother or father in her life to help her.

She is part of 10 students all of our sponsors that graduated with Excellence awards for high grades of 95% and above. In the Venezuela School on the same day we graduated 5 more 6th grade students seen in the 4th photo.

The amazing and miracle graduation is Ingrid and her 23 old sister Rosa who have been plagued with difficulties from family, lack of resources, and lack of support. We picked up Ingrid and Rosa when they were young and through all the problems and thoughts of leaving school they put their hearts back into their studies. It took a lot of encouraging by us and by their sponsors coming with our teams and visiting them. Seen in the bottom photo is Ingrid. She graduated with not just one diploma but two degrees. She has one degree in general studies and the other in tourism. Her dream is to be a stewardess for an airline. While we were taking this photo with Ingrid many parents looked on and commented to us that they never thought in a million years they would graduate. They were over joyed because they feel they witnessed a miracle. There are so many more victories in the name of Jesus to share as well there are many more who need help. Thank you for all your help and support of BBM and our sponsored children!!!
