It has been a long time since we have updated everyone at home on all that God is doing through this ministry in 2015. One big reason we have been delayed is because Glenda became very sick during our April team and carried through into June. She was diagnosed by our good friend and short term missionary Dr. Bob that Glenda had Erythema Nodosum. All the Dr.’s here in Honduras didn’t know what Glenda had and put her through a ton of tests and even had her stay the night in the Hospital because she couldn’t walk, couldn’t regain energy, she had hard red blotches all over legs and lower tarsal. It was a tough time for us because we didn’t know what Glenda had. Thanks be to God and with lots of prayer and faith God has healed Glenda and she is serving our Lord! So we have so much to report in this newsletter and with the following newsletters. We have hosted 3 teams thus far and our next team will be arriving Thursday. So let us use the photos and start with the top photo. While we were home we were blessed to fund raise $7,426.00 to purchase our new motor. We purchased the new motor and it is in Painted Post packaged and waiting for our team to finish the paper work so it can be shipped to Honduras. (paperwork for customs) We are currently looking to the end of August to have the motor shipped. We received a blessing while waiting to have the motor shipped. We were donated all new shocks and struts, seals and gaskets, and motor belts. As soon as the new motor is installed we will send photos. In the 2nd and 3rd photos are of our new older youth group. We are hosting this youth group in the Fuerzas Armadas School and Carlos one of our youth who is 23yrs. old and has been a part of the ministry for 11yrs. has taken on the leadership with Marvin in teaching these young men the Truth from the word of God and from what Carlos and Marvin have learned all the years from us. They have 12 young men from ages 12-17. They meet on Sunday night and also Thursday night. They are excited to be a part of BBM and have heard about the youth group we have because they are neighboring barrios. Our plan is to continue to raise up leaders so they can take on other barrios so they bring the Gospel to more youth that are lost in the streets or not going to church at all. In the last photo on the1st page is another program Carlos is helping BBM with and it is Celebrate Recovery. This program works with all kinds of addictions and we are trying to help those in the barrios we work in with this program on Monday and Friday nights. It is tough to bring in people to want to receive help with their addictions however these two ladies are homeless, have no work, and are addicted to Marijuana, sex, and anger. So we as a ministry have been working on their addictions but also we are helping them with clothes, a place to sleep, and so much more for their daily needs. They have been a part of the program for 2 months now and are growing in breaking away from the addictions

On the 2nd page with the 1st photo is Comayagua where our boys serve once a month the squatters that have formed a community of 500 people. They continue to share the word of God and have seen lots of Salvations, manifestations of the Holy Spirit through healing and so much more. The boys come back every time different. Their volunteering didn’t stop there. While Glenda was sick, I was working at the school that we are helping in between our April team and May team in building the main beam structure to carry the steel joists for the 2nd floor. The boys knew we needed help to pour the concrete (60 bags of cement, 420 buckets of sand and gravel and 90 buckets of water) so they volunteered a day in hauling buckets filled with concrete. Seen in 2nd photo. Every Wednesday our youth play soccer at a rented court for 2 hours. Ben is in the middle of the 3rd photo. The boys love Ben. The last photo is the best photo. Glenda’s girls youth group is up to 8 young ladies in which two came to Christ at our home and have been growing in the word of God. This last Friday we had a dinner date with the girls and the girls did Ben’s and my hair, they painted their nails, made handmade bracelets, played games, and we worshipped together by singing songs to the Lord. The cool thing is that most of them we have seen them grow since they were 4yrs. old or younger.
